This role requires a strong leader who can manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of coal mining projects, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and on time.Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities.Ensure all operations comply with Indonesian mining regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.Provide regular updates to management on project status, including financial performance, risks, and opportunities.The Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in coal mining project management, with proven experience in leading large-scale operations. Key qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
