We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center Industry who is looking to expand their team and business in Indonesia

Job Description

  • Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Center projects, providing guidance on design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Review and validate engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and handover of Data Center facilities.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with portfolio in Data Center or other critical facilities project
  • Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including electrical (UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear, backup systems, etc.) OR mechanical (CRAC units, chillers, piping, cooling towers, fire suppression, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to speak English
