As Project Director, you will be responsible to lead and oversee the entire operations of our client's MEP projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for strategic planning, project execution, resource management, and client satisfaction, while driving operational excellence and profitability.

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client in the construction industry, specializing in MEP discipline with long track record of projects across the country.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead and supervise all MEP project operations, from pre-construction to commissioning and handover
  • Drive timely delivery of projects within scope, cost, and quality targets
  • Monitor project progress, address risks, and resolve technical or operational issues
  • Manage workforce allocation across multiple projects to maximize efficiency
  • Contribute to business development by supporting bid strategy and tender reviews
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction
  • Promote a culture of safety and risk management across all operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, and partners
  • Represent the company in high-level project and stakeholder meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in senior management within MEP projects
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, engineering standards, and construction methodologies
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex MEP projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial and contractual acumen
  • Able to communicate in English
