  • Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations.
  • Managing resources effectively to meet production targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant qualifications in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven more than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Life Science industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficient in using English
