Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations on the production floor
  • Ensuring safety regulations and company protocols are adhered to
  • Coordinating and scheduling production activities
  • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmes
  • Liaising with other department managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Reporting to senior management on production activities and issues
  • Implementing cost-saving strategies and techniques
  • Training, supervising, and motivating production line staff

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • A solid understanding of production management
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
