  • Leading and mentoring the production team to achieve operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
