Job Description

  • Oversee daily production activities across molding, coating, and assembly processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and delivery timelines.
  • Manage manpower and material resources effectively to optimize production flow.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all production areas.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall plant performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve departmental goals.
  • Resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain output consistency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experienced in production or manufacturing management, preferably in injection molding
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead large, diverse teams
  • Understands production processes, technical machine settings, and resource optimization
  • Resilient, target-driven, and effective in high-output, customized production environments
  • Skilled in analyzing production data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  • Familiar with industry regulations and safety standards
