Job Description

  • Delivering comprehensive clinical education, onboarding, and workflow coaching for dental professionals.
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen account performance and drive case growth.
  • Managing clinical escalations, troubleshooting complex cases, and providing treatment planning guidance.
  • Building strong relationships with universities, professional associations, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand market influence.
  • Coordinating clinical events, workshops, and webinars tailored to Indonesia's needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and ethical practices while reporting product feedback and quality documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent dental degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical practice and at least 1 year in a corporate, training, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong foundation in general dentistry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable with travel and field-based work.
