About Our Client
Our client is European based consumer electronics company. They own some of the premium brands that is highly sought across the world including Indonesia. As the growth of business in Indonesia is getting stronger, they are looking for strong Product Marketing Manager to strengthen their team in indonesia
- To develop and implement product & brand strategies.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales volume.
- Plan and create new product (Product Road Map) based on market segmentation.
- Analyse dealer's performance and follow-up intensively.
- Responsible for pricing structure and acquisition profitability.
- Update price positioning for each sub-category of product based on price and product specifications.
- Create and control the execution of sell-in and sell-out promo to achieve the sales target.
- Monitoring competitor's activities (Market Intelligent) and make an action plan for anticipation.
- Visit branches, dealers and outlets regularly to look for market information from dealers and sales promoter and have to follow-up to related department.
- Responsible for liquidity slow-moving products.
- Make regular reports to management including its analysis.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or above in Economics, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in product marketing in same product category.
- Good at product marketing strategy planning and execution.
- Have good interpersonal skill, extroverted, energetic, creative.
- Strong leadership, good people management skill and team work spirit.
- Proficiency with both written and spoken English.
