About Our Client

Our client is a top global electrical company with various business lines. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they pose as a leading brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a Product Marketing Director who can assist in rapidly expanding its business.

Job Description

  • Identify, drive, & implement market-based growth opportunities for assigned customers
  • Identify customer needs & support business development and sales team in line with business strategy
  • Develop and implement marketing programs for customers
  • Implement the marketing concept to establish a strong brand presence in the market

The Successful Applicant

This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:

  • A minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing or product marketing in the electrical, automation, data center, or renewable energy industry.
  • Have experience in managing a team of 5+ people.
  • Have extensive network in several industries (commercial building, industrial, governmental, etc).
  • Experience in growing a business/product from scratch would be a plus.
  • Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
