Job Description

  • Develop product strategies that align with business goals and market trends for their focused therapeutic area products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in the market.
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives.
  • Manage the brand budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the product marketing.
  • Build strong relationships with health care professionals, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, recommending data-driven strategies for optimisation while staying updated on industry trends and scientific advancements in the specific products.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on ethical products.
  • Proven success in launching effective marketing campaigns with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, with a preferred degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
