Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative cost-saving strategies across all assigned projects.
  • Create and implement efficient procurement processes to optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage the development of specialized materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments and participate actively in project meetings and design reviews.
  • Source and engage vendors by identifying, evaluating, and on-boarding diverse suppliers through market research and analysis.
  • Ensure strict adherence to purchasing policies, regulations, and legal standards.
  • Mentor and guide team members in process improvement and participate in staff development programs.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and maintain effective communication and relationships both internally and externally.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors
  • More than 4 years of experience in Procurement.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using SAP & Microsoft Offices tools
  • Ability to analyze procurement complications and propose solutions
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies in procurement
  • Strong understanding of global sourcing and market strategies
  • Willing to travel internationally as needed
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
