Job Description

  • Lead, execute, and deliver data science engagements for clients in Indonesia.
  • Define scope, methodology, and design solutions leveraging advanced analytics tools.
  • Build strong relationships with client teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.
  • Maintain quality standards and documentation for all data science projects.
  • Create data model based on requirement
  • Innovate using proprietary, client, and external data sources to develop cutting-edge solutions.
  • Mentor and guide data scientists, promoting best practices and thought leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, payments, or related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, SQL, Hadoop ecosystem; strong knowledge of statistical techniques (e.g., Neural Networks, Gradient Boosting, Decision Trees).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with local market regulations and cultural nuances.
