Currently seeking a Partner Development Manager to join their commercial team to contribute with the development and growth of the company's Partner Ecosystem.

Job Description

As a Partner Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Partner Recruitment - Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with Key Channel Partners in the industry, this include System Integrators, Value-added Resellers (VARs), Consultants and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Take ownership of revenue growth by implementing sales strategies across channel partners and distributors
  • Demonstrate solid account management skills through regular scheduled business review for mutual growth
  • Take ownership in Go-to-Market strategies - Maintain competence of channel partners by encouraging them in enablement activities, training and certification
  • Practice cross-functional collaboration, working with Presales, Direct Sales/AM and Marketing function to make best use of resources
  • Ensure excellent communication flow to internal and external stakeholders - ensuring alignment in strategies and value delivery

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, a Master's degree will be a plus
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in Commercial roles within the IT industry, with the most recent 3 years focusing on Channel/Partner Ecosystem
  • Working experience in Cloud or IT Principal companies is preferred
  • Possess excellent stakeholder management skills - able to develop relationship and interact with Senior Management teams
  • Proven track record and demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale enterprise deals and technology projects
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-starter, driven and goal-oriented mentality - able to work well under pressure
