Job Description

As an Organisation Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing effective organisational development strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with leadership to identify areas of improvement and drive change management processes.
  • Developing frameworks for talent management and succession planning.
  • Analysing organisational structures and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Organisation Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Enginering or a related field.
  • Experience in organisational development or a related HR function within both Corporate and Global Consulting Firms.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training and development programmes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
