Job Description

As an Organisation Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

A successful Organisation Development Manager should have:

  • Experience in organisational development or a related HR function within both Corporate and Global Consulting Firms.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training and development programmes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
