Our client is a Company Group with more than 40 years experience in Automotive Industry. They are bringing their business to a whole new level and currently looking for Strong Dynamic talent to upgrade their organisation.

Job Description



  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and effective leadership across all dealership departments, including service, parts, and finance. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.


  • Customer Experience: Ensure a superior customer experience by establishing and maintaining high service standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.


  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day dealership operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Identify opportunities for process improvements.


  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency. Work closely with finance to maintain financial health.


  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Encourage skill development and team cohesion.


  • Inventory Management: Manage vehicle inventory levels and ensure effective stock management practices. Collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries and optimal inventory turnover.


  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local regulations and industry standards. Uphold ethical practices and dealership policies at all times.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta and meet this requirements:

  • Indonesian talent with minimum 15 years experience in Automotive Industry
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Engineering background is preferred
  • Experience in handling big numbers of branch office
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Hands-on with strong ownership to be responsible for the business
  • Familiar in working with family business environment
