Job Description

As Oncology Director, you will:

  • Oversee all oncology services, including systemic therapy, diagnostic imaging, and radiotherapy.
  • Manage daily operations, budgeting, and team performance to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and boards with international partners.
  • Build strong collaboration between local and Singapore-based medical teams.
  • Recruit and develop top-tier oncologists and related specialists to strengthen the clinical workforce.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for service improvement, growth, and innovation.
  • Represent the center in professional forums and partnership engagements.



The Successful Applicant

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A medical degree or proven leadership experience in oncology or establishing centers of excellence.
  • Strong ability to build and lead multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, networking, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for advancing cancer care.
