About Our Client
Our respected client is the one of the leading FMCG companies in Indonesia. They have a strong proven track record and keep growing significantly throughout the year.
New Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing various products. Other responsibilities including:
- Develop new marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance
- Develop strategic roadmap opportunities and requirements definition
- Lead and participate on cross functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies.
- Facilitate development of new product, channel and marketing programs that will shape the development of subscriber growth and deliver strong sales/revenue results
- Expected to work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Regulatory, Legal, IT, Finance, Sales Channel, Operations, etc.
- Prepare and deliver executive communications both in Marketing and with the Sales Channels.
- Benchmark competition, evaluate new industry trends and shape future strategies that will drive future growth
The Successful Applicant
This role will be reporting to Marketing Manager and will be based in Jakarta. Other requirements including:
- Minimum holds Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Experienced as Junior Brand Manager / Junior Brand Executive
- Knowledge of the business understanding
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good communication skills
- Strong capability and track record for managing big teams
