Job Description

As a National Sales Manager - Medical Devices, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Sales Manager - Medical Devices should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager.
  • Experience managing a high performance sales team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a team management ability.
  • Profound knowledge of the life sciences industry, particularly medical devices.
