This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a large team, and expanding our presence in key sectors such as oil & gas, chemical, and mining.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals.
  • Drive direct sales activities, including customer visits and relationship building with key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities in oil & gas, chemical, and emerging sectors like mining.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align local strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and foster a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 10+ years in industrial sales, with strong exposure to EPC and MRO markets.
  • Proven track record in managing large sales teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in instrumentation or industrial components is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within oil & gas and/or mining industries.
  • Hands-on leader who is strategic yet willing to engage directly with customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
