The National Sales Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director. You will be expected to analyze and understand market situation and trends and develop mid-term strategic marketing directions and plans for our business around Indonesia. The successful candidate will also be able to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable goals that create competitive advantage and value propositions.

Job Description

  • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, considering both modern and traditional retail markets.
  • Leverage your extensive experience in selling home appliances within the retail sector, covering both modern and traditional markets in Indonesia.
  • Utilize your strong network with major electronic store chains in Indonesia, fostering and expanding partnerships to enhance the brand's presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, ensuring a collaborative and results-driven environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, with a successful track record of selling home appliances in the retail market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Established connections with significant electronic store chains in Indonesia, demonstrating your influence within the market.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
