Job Description

  • Evaluates and pursues new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
  • Develops implementation plans for new opportunities and allocates the necessary resources.
  • Proactively identifies performance gaps and implements appropriate corrective actions.
  • Plans and executes customer satisfaction surveys and addresses feedback to maintain high service levels.
  • Participates in negotiating key, high‑value contracts.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in segment sales, end‑user sales, or solutions selling across multiple industries.
  • Strong professional network within Oil & Gas, Mining, and Heavy Industry sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading and expanding business operations at a country level.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong business acumen.
