Job Description

  • Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategy based on findings from market trends and competitors.
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
  • Oversee and improve current operational processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage good communication with senior leaderships and departmental heads to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Develop and manage SOP & and new operations initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Ideally have a minimum of 5 years combined experience in managing operations in retail/services industry
  • Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.
  • English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
  • Strong leadership skill.
