This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of mechanical and electrical systems in data center projects. The ideal candidate will manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center Indsutry who is looking to expand their business in Indonesia

Job Description

  • Lead internal teams and external vendors for all project related activities, to advise on technical and commercial aspects based on project goals
  • Become the company representative in meetings, presentations, and other developments, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Drive improvement based on market trends and competitive analysis
  • Ensure smooth execution of MEP works, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and manage changes effectively
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover post-project completion
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience with 5 years in data center projects, particularly in fitout and infrastructure delivery
  • Proven track record in designing, operating, or maintaining data center or other critical facilities.
  • Experience managing full-cycle data center projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
