Job Description

  • Analyse performance data to spot trends and opportunities for growth in the area.
  • Develop targeted plans with specific objectives and KPIs, executing various channels tactics while adjusting strategies based on real-time results.
  • Cultivate deep knowledge of both the company's and competitor's offerings, as well as treatment protocols and patient characteristics. Utilise this knowledge to guide prescribing practices and address customer needs effectively.
  • Engage with customers using a personalised approach, identifying key opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Continuously evaluate sales performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience.
