Job Description

  • Lead and execute medical affairs strategies aligned with global and local business objectives.
  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to support product launches, indications expansion, and lifecycle management.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and scientific societies to build credible scientific partnerships.
  • Oversee medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific symposia.
  • Review and approve promotional and non‑promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, regulatory, market access, and clinical teams.
  • Monitor emerging clinical data, real‑world evidence, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to local and global compliance, pharmacovigilance, and ethical standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Medical degree (MD) or advanced life sciences qualification (PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with KOLs and senior external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multinational organization.
