As a Medical Director (Hospital), your main role will include:Provide strategic idea across all medical, clinical governance, and quality assurance functions within the hospital.Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and best‑practice frameworks.mentor, and develop medical teams,, ethics, and continuous improvement.Drive clinical excellence initiatives, including patient safety programs, medical audits, and outcome optimisation.work with the CEO, operational, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align clinical strategy with organisational goals.Represent the hospital in medical forums, regulatory engagements, and professional partnerships.Evaluate and implement new technologies, treatments, and clinical programs to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.Ensure robust medical workforce planning, credentialing, and performance management
