Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all medical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality assurance programs, and patient safety measures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization in regulatory, accreditation, and stakeholder engagements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Medical Director should have:

  • Licensed medical doctor with strong clinical background; specialization in hospital or clinical management preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and quality management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication in English.
