Our client is an international healthcare joint-venture, bringing international standards to a local medical tourism setting.

Job Description

1. Pioneering Operational Developments:
Launch and establish a new Medical Centre, handling all documentation and legal approach of initial setup, taking full responsibility for the Centre's operational management. Collaborate with Managers to develop comprehensive marketing and business strategies to achieve sales targets. Oversee patient flow and ensure the smooth execution of business operations.

2. Pioneering Team Developments:
Create human resource strategies, assemble teams, and delegate in alignment with the objectives and developmental phase. Monitor staff performance to enhance operational effectiveness, business achievements, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.

3. Ongoing Business Development and Partnerships:
Cultivate and develop connections with health practitioners and gather market insights to adapt trends. Generate comprehensive reports on business objectives and performance for the head office.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent command of verbal and written English (communicate to expats)
  • Hospital Management Background, (multinational hospitals preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment effectively and cooperatively with stakeholders
  • Excellent goals-oriented, self driven individual with business acumen and independent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability in negotiation and team-building
