About Our Client
One of the biggest property company in Indonesia and making one-stop-living products; ranging from apartment, super block, office tower, mall, industrial estate, township, etc.
This role will be ensuring the sales strategy is well-formulated, producing the sales performance plan, strategic segmentation sales plan, marketing intelligent, and customer relation by utilizing strategic and efficient promotion plan.
- Will be the person in charge for strategic plan formulation
- Will be managing the sales, marketing, and promotion group program
- Managing and ensuring the entire end-to-end sales and marketing plans are met within the company's standards
- Able to provide relevant and realistic solutions for the procedure improvement
- Managing big team consisting of different seniority levels and develop the team
The Successful Applicant
- Must have at least 20 years of marketing related experience and understanding in the end-to-end sales and marketing (include promotion) process in very detailed manner.
- Experienced in being in a Directorial level for a few years
- Strong business acumen in property development sector
- Ability and experience in managing a huge amount of team members/strong leadership
- Able and willing to step down to help their direct subordinates for detailed issue
- Previous working experience in a Property related company is a huge advantage
- English is a must
