Job Description

As a Marketing Partnerships Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving affiliate marketing strategy and managing key affiliate partnerships.
  • Identifying new potential partners and negotiating contracts to grow our affiliate network.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Managing the affiliate marketing budget and optimising spend for ROI.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in affiliate marketing and travel industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Partnerships Manager should have:

  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A strong passion for the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Fluent in English
