Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in regards to product marketing.
  • Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Heavily involve in overseeing the product launch from working collaboratively with R&D team and involve in product market strategy with sales team.
  • Coordinating with sales, product development and other teams to generate strong demand for products.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Contributing to the products overall strategic planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Food technology field.
  • Min 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the Flavor or food ingredient company.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovation and problem solving.
