Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback and develop talent within the team
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, Store promotion
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence and organizing the company's publications
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta and meet this requirement:

  • Indonesian talent with strong fluency in English
  • Minimum 10 year experience in Marketing, at least 3 years in Head of Marketing position.
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree is preferred
  • Strong track record in Brand Building within Consumer Goods Industry
  • Agile, Dynamic and able to present well with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Leadership team, Hands on and willing to travel
