The company is a rapidly growing player in the business services industry currently looking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and oversee the execution of campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive growth for the company.

Job Description

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Managing and mentoring the marketing team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align marketing strategies with organisational goals.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and partners.
  • Ensuring all marketing initiatives are in line with the company's brand identity and values.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in leading Brand & Marketing campaigns, background from FMCG industry is a MUST.
  • Track record in developing & growing FMCG brands from challenger to market leader.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing effective overall marketing strategies, strong exposure in ATL, BTL, and Digital.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring teams & both internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of achieving measurable business results through marketing initiatives.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
