Job Description

  • Monitoring and managing the production KPI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all operations.
  • Facilitating communication between local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports on production performance and presenting findings to management.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on process improvements and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • A solid background in manufacturing or industrial operations.
