Job Description

  • Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards within the engineering & manufacturing department.
  • Leading a team of technicians and providing guidance on troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Monitoring and optimising equipment performance to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance needs and priorities.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and procurement processes effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities and reports.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in the industrial/manufacturing industry, particularly in engineering & manufacturing roles.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and equipment management.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and systems is advantageous.
