Job Description



  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key accounts within the F&B manufacturing industry.


  • Identify customer needs and work closely with technical and operations teams to provide effective product and service solutions.


  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring profitable growth.


  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefit.


  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, supply chain, customer service) to deliver exceptional customer experience.


  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.


  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably within the F&B manufacturing supply chain.


  • Proven track record in managing large/strategic industrial accounts.


  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational requirements.


  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.


  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers.
