Job Description



  • Strategic Account Management
    • Develop and negotiate annual business plans with key partners for offline and online channels.
    • Monitor performance, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities using data insights.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to align on objectives and explore new opportunities.


  • Shopper Experience & Retail Excellence
    • Implement promotional and marketing activities to enhance in-store engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and optimize merchandising strategies.
    • Gather shopper insights to improve conversion and experience.


  • Omnichannel Integration
    • Coordinate online campaigns with e-commerce and digital teams to ensure synergy with offline initiatives.
    • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to optimize promotions and engagement.


  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve mutual business goals.


  • Operational Excellence
    • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure high service levels and timely fulfillment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in account management or business development within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
    • Proven success managing hybrid retail environments (offline and online).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and digital capabilities; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel; fluent in Indonesian and English.
