Job Description



  • Account Management
    • Oversee the brand's Official Store on Shopee to maximize revenue and achieve annual targets.
    • Develop and implement account strategies, conduct monthly performance reviews, and manage marketplace negotiations.
    • Build partnerships with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility.


  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Analyze sales and shopper data to inform business decisions.
    • Utilize analytics tools for forecasting, campaign optimization, and customer segmentation.


  • Campaign & Promotion Execution
    • Plan and execute promotional activities, including live streaming and influencer collaborations.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for peak sales periods.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and key account teams.
    • Coordinate with marketplace partners and eCommerce enablers for seamless execution.


  • Merchandising & Customer Experience
    • Maintain updated merchandising.
    • Implement loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies.


  • Financial Oversight
    • Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI.
    • Ensure financial targets and channel profitability.



The Successful Applicant

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in eCommerce or digital sales, preferably with FMCG or beauty brands.
  • Proven success in managing Official Stores and executing campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop.



Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and experience with budget management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social commerce strategies.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.



Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, customer-focused, and proficient in analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
