Job Description

As a IT Security Audit Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting IT audits to ensure compliance with established regulations and standards.
  • Reviewing and assessing IT systems, processes, and controls for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifying potential IT risks and recommending actionable solutions to mitigate them.
  • Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement improved IT practices.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security within the organisation's IT infrastructure.
  • Staying updated on new IT regulations, tools, and technologies relevant to the business services industry.
  • Providing guidance and support for IT compliance initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Security Audit Consultant should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT audit frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in IT Security Audit with knowledge in ISO 27001 and SWIFT Audit.
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating IT risks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of data security and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings clearly.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
