Job Description

  • Development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with business goals
  • Participate and spearhead IT domain of store/branch expansion
  • Overseeing the performance of the IT department and ensuring system security
  • Maintain and improve IT infrastructure performance, especially across branches/outlets
  • Guiding IT projects to meet strategic objectives
  • Managing and reducing IT risks
  • Leading and developing the IT team
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Managing the IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, especially in Retail industry or similar
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of IT systems integration and IT infrastructure (network, server, storage, etc)
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving capabilities
