About Our Client

Our client is is prominent global education institution.

Job Description

  • Ensure all IT-related delivery services and support are performed timely and effectively.
  • Uses computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
  • Monitors, ensures and manages the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems.
  • Ensure the availability of software and hardware (including network) to support operations and compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
  • Maintains, inspects and repairs equipment.
  • Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans to minimize downtime and risks, and to protect IT assets and company data.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders, IT vendors, and service providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a smiliar position.
  • Familiarity or knowledge: server management, Network/devices, cloud system, databases, and web/mobile application
  • Knowledge and experience in e-commerce or tech company are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
