Job Description

  • Oversee information technology and computer systems for branches/outlets across Indonesia; ensure SLA for maintenance is met.
  • Identify critical issues and develop timely, strategic solutions.
  • Lead IT staff by recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Design, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure data security, network accessibility, and reliable backup systems.
  • Align IT strategies with user needs and system functionality to support organizational goals.
  • Audit IT systems and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies to support business objectives.
  • Safeguard assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Manage the annual IT budget and ensure cost efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Practical experience with computer networks, including administration and installation.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining high level of IT services & operations, preferrably in Retail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead personnel effectively.
