Job Description

  • Develop and execute a group‑wide IT roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Advise the CEO and Board on emerging technologies, cybersecurity risks, and IT investment priorities.
  • Leading the IT department to ensure seamless technological operations and support.
  • Establish and enforce information security policies in line with local regulations.
  • Manage development and integration of clinical and ERP systems.
  • Champion digital patient engagement tools (mobile apps, portals, telehealth).
  • Explore AI/automation for operational efficiency and predictive analytics.
  • Managing the IT budget and optimising costs effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in IT management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Experience in managing IT projects and delivering results on time.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
