Job Description



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals.


  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on emerging technologies and digital trends in the consumer goods sector.


  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, network architecture, cloud services, and end-user computing.


  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT systems and applications.


  • Drive digital innovation to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making through data analytics.


  • Lead automation initiatives in supply chain, logistics, sales, and finance.


  • Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.


  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and outsourced partners.


  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.


  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.


  • Experience in the consumer goods industry or similar fast-moving environment preferred.


  • Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), supply chain technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics.


  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and digital commerce tools.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to align technical initiatives with business outcomes.
