Job Description



  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits (e.g., cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, core banking systems, ITGCs, SDLC).


  • Perform risk assessments and develop annual IT audit plans aligned with business and regulatory priorities.


  • Identify and assess technology risks, evaluate internal controls, and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.


  • Conduct audits of systems such as core banking platforms, digital channels (mobile/web), cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and third-party services.


  • Partner with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units to address control deficiencies and track remediation.


  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders through well-structured reports and presentations.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.


  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT audit, preferably in banking or fintech.


  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CIA are highly desirable.


  • Solid understanding of IT frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL).


  • Experience auditing cloud environments, digital platforms, and cybersecurity programs.


  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple audits/projects simultaneously.
