Job Description



  • Conduct IT audits across various client environments including infrastructure, applications, cloud systems, and IT processes.


  • Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and automated business controls.


  • Assess compliance with frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).


  • Perform risk assessments to identify control gaps and make recommendations for improvement.


  • Review IT policies, procedures, system configurations, access management, and change control processes.


  • Assist in delivering audit reports, presentations, and documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.


  • Collaborate with clients' internal audit, IT, and business units to support remediation and risk mitigation efforts.


  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, risks, and changes in regulatory and compliance requirements.


  • Support advisory projects such as IT risk assessments, cybersecurity audits, cloud governance reviews, and IT due diligence.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


  • 2-5 years of IT audit, IT risk, or IT compliance experience (preferably in consulting, advisory, or Big Four environments).


  • Familiarity with ITGC, application controls, and audit methodologies.


  • Working knowledge of frameworks like COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 1/2, or SOX compliance.


  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.


  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security assessments.


  • Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their controls.


  • Exposure to cybersecurity, data privacy, and incident response assessments.
