Job Description

  • Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
  • Market Research: Perform market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, including preparing investment memos and presentations.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio investments, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for value creation.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, legal, and finance teams.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and investment strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
