About Our Client

Our client is one of the oldest and biggest players in insurance industry in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Ensure the legal and compliance of the business
  • Provide legal services to business team, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and product exploration and risk identification
  • Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on as-needed basis
  • Advise and guide the business teams on legal issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Min. 10 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house legal in insurance company(es)
  • Experienced in liaising with OJK and IDX
  • Experienced in dealing with litigation for claim cases
