Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy in line with board objectives and market developments
  • Drive business development across multiple distribution channels and product lines and deepen customer engagement
  • Ensure financial targets are met, including top-line growth, bottom-line performance, and cost control
  • Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations and other relevant bodies
  • Maintain a strong governance and risk management framework
  • Inspire and manage a high-performing leadership team, drive succession planning, and uphold company values



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in the insurance or broader financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in turnaround, growth strategy, or managing multi-channel distribution.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's insurance regulatory landscape and OJK engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage regulators, shareholders, partners, and internal teams.
  • Forward-thinking leadership style with strong digital, customer-centric, and innovation mindset
